For Christmas this year, Bret's Dad Ken hooked our family up with sleeping bags, air mats & tents! (Thanks again, Ken!) So of course in true Morris fashion we packed up the car, the kids and the dogs and headed to Blue Spring State Park before our holiday vacation comes to an end. It was a great campground on a beautiful spring off the St. John's river. The manatees are there "wintering" and you can see them from the boardwalk. 
We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows by the campfire and enjoyed a beautiful night under the stars. Kirby & Buddy were very well behaved and seemed to enjoy the camping experience with the family. The kids loved "exploring" the campground and are already asking when we can go again.... 
I think next time we will invite some other families/friends to join us - what a great way to spend some fun family time in the great outdoors!!
